Returns and Cancellations

DELIVERY TIMELINE
Your item is knit-to-order. Please allow 18-22 days for delivery.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We hope that your Amy Brill Sweater meets and exceeds your expectations, but if for some reason this is not the case please let us know.  Please read the policies below before placing your order to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience.

Changes and cancellations
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact orders@totallybrill.com  within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

In most cases, we’ll need to cancel your original order and place a new one.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your myBrill purchase, so we offer you a stress free return process.  We accept returns of unworn and unaltered sweaters within 30 days of your receipt of the garment, as verified by the shipping provider.  Please note, we do not accept returns for garments beyond 60 days from the date of order delivery.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your sweater(s), please return your sweater(s) and place a new order. 

Return of HUESful and Cotton Items:
You may select one of two ways to receive your refund:

  • A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.

–OR–

  • Store credit for purchase price and shipping fee for the original purchase.

Return of Overstock or One of a Kind Items:

  • Store credit for  purchase price and shipping fee for the original purchase.

Return of a Sweater Received as a Gift:
If you received an order from Amy Brill Sweaters as a gift, it can be returned.  You will be issued a store credit for the amount of the returned sweater(s).  Please contact orders@totallybrill.com to get your free shipping label.

  • Gift recipients are not eligible for cash refunds or exchanges.
  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Sweaters bought on sale or with a promo code
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

RETURNS PROCESS
To prepare your return, please follow the follow steps:

  • Contact customer service at orders@totallybrill.com.
  • Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Customer service will send you a UPS Label for the return. 
  • Please print the Return Authorization email from customer service and include it in the box.

Packing & shipping your return
Here’s how to prepare your return items for shipping back to us:

  • Seal your package securely and apply the label that was sent to you via email.
  • Take your box to any designated UPS drop off location or visit UPS.com to schedule a pick up from your home.
  • Please note that if the pre-paid label is not used, we will be unable to reimburse alternate returns shipping methods.
